People understand tech on different levels, how I may explain a solution or what questions I ask, will be tailored to whom I am speaking with.  

In helping to assist users/customers determine if a product/service is for them, it’s vital to understand their needs. How does the product/service I represent align with the needs of clients? What indicators of success are important for the client/user?  How does the product/service cater to the future goals of the client/user? What level of support will be needed for this client to help empower them to get get the most out of the product/service.

Online communities, forums, other social media outlets, mean our communication today has the potential for a much wider reach.  It’s important to get the service right first time, to represent the values of the business well every time.
